OPTIONS MENU HELP
---------------------------------------------------------------------
The Options menu allows you to choose certain options
relating to video and audio display of the Worksheet and its
contents.

Show
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Allows you to either display formulas or the formula's value as the
contents of a Worksheet cell.
Default option is Value
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Cell Note Output/Display
--------------------------------------------------------------------
A Cell Note for the active cell is displayed by pressing the HELP
Key. Three options are available for Cell Note output:
* Text Only - displayed in a Requester with an OK button
* Speech Only - output via the Amiga's voice facility
* Both Text and Speech
Default option is Text Only.

Wordstar Keys
--------------------------------------------------------------------
If the Wordstar Keys option is on, you can move the Active Cell by
using the following control keys:
Key Action
Control with X Move Active Cell DOWN
Control with S Move Active Cell LEFT
Control with D Move Active Cell RIGHT
Control with E Move Active Cell UP

Protection
--------------------------------------------------------------------
When the Protection is Enabled, all cells formatted as Protected
under the Format Menu will not allow you to alter their contents.
When Protection is Disabled, all Cells may be changed regardless
of their protection formatting.
Default option is Off.

Freeze Titles
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Freeze Titles allows you to scroll throughout the Worksheet while
leaving any number of Row and Column labels or data in view for
easy identification. Freeze Titles has four options:
* None - no freezing of Rows or Columns
* Horizontal - all Rows above the site of Freezing remain
displayed when vertical scrolling is enabled
* Vertical - all Columns to the left of the site of Freezing
remain displayed when horizontal scrolling used
* Both - all Rows above and Columns to the left of Active Cell
remain displayed when window is scrolled in either direction.
Default option is None.
To freeze rows & columns select a range consisting of the rows
and/or columns you wish to freeze. Then select one of the submenu
items described above.

Outline Level
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Outline level selects the levels of outline desired to a selected
range of rows.

Outline Display
---------------------------------------------------------------------
After outline level has been set, you can exclude those rows from view
and printing by setting the outline display to a level which hides
those lines from view.

Keyboard Echo
--------------------------------------------------------------------
When Keyboard Echo is ON, all keystrokes are spoken via the Amiga's
voice facility as they are keyed in.
Default option is OFF.

Display Grid
---------------------------------------------------------------------
If Display Grid is turned on, a grid of horizontal and vertical grid
lines will be displayed in the Worksheet window.
Default option is OFF.

Return Key
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Controls the movement direction of the Active Cell when the Return
Key is pressed. Three options are available:
* Doesn't Move - No movement of the Active Cell
* Move Down - Moves down one Row
* Move Right - Moves over one Column
Default option is Move Down.

Calc Order
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Determines the order that MaxiPlan evaluates cells during a
recalculation. Three options are available:
* Natural - in order referred to by Formulas
* Row by Row - evaluates across first Row, then second Row, etc.
* Column by Column - evaluates down first Column, then second
Column, etc.
Default option is Natural.
Note: When automatic recalculation is on, MaxiPlan evaluates
only the minimum number of cells necessary when you enter data.
In order to use the order selected by this menu item you must be
in manual recalculation mode and use the F1 key to recalc the
worksheet.

Set Password
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Displays a Requester for keying in a Password. Only one Password
can be specified per Worksheet. A Cell must be formatted with
Password from the Format Menu. When the Worksheet is saved, closed,
and then reopened, the Cells formatted with Password are hidden
by --------. To reveal these Cells, the Worksheet user must access
the Set Password command and key in the correct Password in order
for the cell's contents to be displayed. These same Cells will
also be formatted for Protection. Thus to alter their contents,
Protection must be disabled on the Options Menu.
Default option is OFF.

Set Currency
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Displays Requester to specify both a leading and a trailing currency
symbol. To display data as currency, the range of cells must be
formatted with Currency under the Format Menu.
